The Men of Color in Development (MOCID) group seeks to provide a safe and supportive space and to recognize the hard work and dedication of Men of Color in the industry.
MOCID is a program of the African American Development Officers Network (AADO), whose mission is to provide professional development, education, employment support, mentorship, and networking opportunities for fundraisers of color.
